  • ·Scope changes you initiate after SLA signature (logged in your change-order ledger).
  • ·Out-of-pocket pass-through expenses already paid to third parties (domains, paid ad spend, etc.).
  • ·Engagements terminated for client breach (non-payment, missed approvals, abandoned project).
  • ·Care months billed after the 30-day window closes.
